All right, then.

There's a few things that I think need to be clarified.

First, for those of you who were apparently unaware, Rufus ShinRa is the president of the company; he has been for a long time now and will continue to be, regardless of what others have been saying. If any of you have a problem with this, that's fine, and it's within your right. But I don't want to hear about it. If it's unbearable, then please. By all means. You're welcome to leave.

The Turks exist because of the company. The Turks work for the company. The company is run by Rufus ShinRa. Therefore, we work for and take orders from him. No questions asked. We do what we're told. We always have. Gaia or not, that doesn't change. Ever.

Second, yes. I am the Director now, and if or when Veld decides to come back, I will gladly step down and allow him to take over that position -- with the permission of the president, of course. For now, however, I will typically be giving you your orders, and should Veld give you any in return, then know that it is only being done in your best interest. Veld is someone I respect and trust immensely, and I realize and understand that many of you are only used to taking orders from him.

Again, if it's such a terrible problem that I'm the Director, that's also fine. The door is right next to the trash bin on the left. Discard your uniform there.

You were all trained just the same as I was, so you all know how this should run already. Just as SOLDIER is the company, the Turks are also the company, and the company are the Turks, in return. Everything we do or say reflects back onto ShinRa, and if we're not careful, our actions not only make us look incompetent, but the entirety of our company, as well. I think this is something that many of us may have forgotten.
